My name is Susie Ellis & for many years I have bought houses, renovated & refurbished them & sold them on at a profit.

I have a good track record of buying, refurbishing & selling houses in East Sussex. I originally completed the works in 12 – 16 weeks but the projects got larger so my aim now is to have a 6 month turnaround.

A couple of examples are:

• Bought at £201k spent £15k & sold it for £255k profit =  £39k
• Bought at £210k spent £8k & sold it for £275k profit = £57k

I love doing it so I thought I would show others how to do the same.

I have written a course called The BRP Formula; buy – refurb – profit; to show people how to repeat the process until they have enough money to buy a house for themselves outright or get to a position where they can build a portfolio of buy-to-let properties.
